Australian music industry publication The Industry Observer has created a brand new awards event to recognise people working in music management, publishing, publicity, community radio and more.

The shortlist for each category has been announced today and Music Love thought it ought to highlight and celebrate the women who were nominated in each category. 

The awards will be given out in Sydney Tuesday March 27.
