Are you an artist from Australia or New Zealand in the UK or US? Check out APRA's new workspaces just for you
Australian and Kiwi songwriters who are roaming the globe can now find a piece of home and much needed support for their musical endeavours.
APRA AMCOS have announced that the music rights organisation is offering dedicated workspaces to its members and their respective managers in Nashville, LA and London.
APRA AMCOS have been establishing a presence in these cities for sometime now, and these spaces will provide writers' rooms and hot desks that will greatly benefit the ever-growing number of Australian and New Zealand songwriters, producers and composers as they travel abroad for exposure and experience.
APRA AMCOS Head of Member Services and incoming CEO Dean Ormston commented on the initiative: “Today’s global music market is bringing unprecedented overseas opportunities to Aussie and Kiwi songwriters and composers, and APRA AMCOS is committed to travelling with our members every step of the way. With more of our members heading to the world’s most competitive creative hubs, we’re keen to support their creative and business objectives.”
