LORDE is coming to Australia to perform at the ARIA Awards

Well, the ARIAs announcements are pouring in. We have so far covered all the women nominated in all categories for this year's ARIA Awards, and now it's time to hear about the ceremony itself. The global princess of modern pop, Lorde will be performing at the awards at Sydney's The Star on Tuesday 28 November.

Lorde has had a wonderful year, unleashing her album Melodrama with her pop cracker of a song Green Light. She's one of the biggest acts in the world right now, and Australia will welcome her with open arms, as is fitting for all of our native New Zealander friends.

This news comes after it was announced that rising songwriter and pop star in her own right, Julia Michaels will be leading a songwriting masterclass during ARIA Week.

And Music Love will be all over all of it, as we cover the ARIA Awards again this year, bringing you all the news about women who are nominated, the women who perform, the women who win, and the women who present. In the meantime, read our list of women nominees for 2017, check out our gallery from last year, and be inspired by Tina Arena's Hall of Fame acceptance speech from 2015
